4.1
Mechanical installation
These frequency controllers must only be used as built-in
units.
Install
the controller
vettically
with the terminal
Strips
at the
bottom.
Allow
a free space of
100mm
at the top and bottom. For the
controllers 8612 . . . 8615 this free space must also be allowed
at both sides. Ensure unimpeded Ventilation of cooling air.
If the cooling air contains pollutants (dust,
flakes,
grease,aggressive
gases
),
which
may impair the controller
functions,
suitable preventive measures must be taken,
e.g.
separate air
duct,
installation of a
fiter,
regular
cleaning,
etc.
If the controller is permanently subjected to Vibration or
shaking,
shock
absorbers may be necessary.
