2.7. Front Panel LEDs
INFO: 
POWER LED
OFF: the device is not powered.
BLINKING: booting is in progress.
ON: the device is powered on.
VIDEO LED
OFF: there is no network connection.
BLINKING: the device is connected to a network but there is no video stream in progress.
ON: the device is connected to a network and video stream is in progress.
USB LED (only in Decoders)
OFF: there is no USB transmission between the Encoder and the Decoder.
ON: the USB transmission is active between the Encoder and the Decoder.
POWER and VIDEO LEDs (only in Encoders)
BLINKING together: there is a Video Stream ID clash in the network, e.g. another Encoder is set to the
same Video Stream ID.
