OC_NUL (-1): Invalid Value
OC_OCCUPIED (0): Area is occupied
OC_UNOCCUPIED (1): Area is unoccupied
OC_BYPASS (2): Area is temporarily occupied for the bypass period
OC_STANDBY (3): Area is temporarily unoccupied
This configuration property defines what value is transmitted via nvoOccup when the sensor
detects that the room is unoccupied.
