3.1.2 DESCRIPTION OF THE STATIONS
The emotion2 or the perception2 is composed of the following components:
3.1.2.1 TOUCH SCREEN
The touch screen allows you to:
 Use emotion2 or perception2.
 Enter the job data.
 Display the shape of the frame and the lens.
 Display the drilling holes.
 Enter the edging data.
3.1.2.2 BLOCKING / CENTERING SYSTEM
The blocking system allows you to:
 Block the lens manually.
 View the drilling plan of a job.
 Manually center the dotted, bifocal and progressive lenses.
3.1.2.3 SCANFORM (emotion2 only)
The Scanform allows you to:
 Enter the characteristics of the frame and shape.
 Enter the data for one eye or both.
 Enter the shape of a pattern or a demonstration lens (automatic detection of either of them).
3.1.2.4 SHAPE CREATOR FUNCTION
The Shape Creator function enables you to:
 Use a presentation lens, which could be damaged on one part
 Define a shape based on a frame (use of axis setting tool).
 Create an original shape.
3.1.2.5 DIGIFORM
 Modify the shape in order to adapt it to the customer.
3.1.2.6 DRILLING
The drilling function allows you to:
 Drill holes in the frame for attachment of the lenses
3.1.2.7 EDGER
The edger allows you to:
 Size the lens as a function of the characteristics of the frame and the lens (material, treatment, etc.).
3.1.2.8 GRAVITECH™
The Gravitech™ allows you to:
 Used to complete jobs based on presentation lenses, patterns or customer lenses (in case of lens breakage).
