2. Set the fore-aft position to middle position 5 on fore-aft
position indicator decal (A).
3. Lower the reel fully.
4. Shut down the engine, and remove the key from
the ignition.

5. Measure the clearance at the ends of each reel at
locations (A).
NOTE:
The reel is factory-set to provide more clearance at the
center of the reel than at the ends to compensate for reel
flexing.
