3.15.4 Converting from Field to Transport Position
The header needs to be converted to the transport when being towed to a new location.
Moving Front (Left) Wheels into Transport Position
The front wheels are located closest to the towing vehicle. To prepare for transport, the wheels must be lowered to the
ground and rotated to face the direction of travel.
DANGER
To prevent bodily injury or death from the unexpected start-up or fall of a raised machine, always stop the engine,
remove the key, and engage the safety props before going under the header for any reason.
CAUTION
Stand clear of the wheels and release the linkage carefully; the wheels will drop once the mechanism is released.
