Figure 190 — Oil Pump and Valve Housing Assembly (Front Sump Shown)
The inlet and outlet pipe flanges do not have to
be removed at this time.
1. Remove the fasteners and the pump inlet
pipe.
2. Remove and discard the seal ring.
3. Remove the fasteners and the valve
housing.
4. Remove and discard the valve housing
seals.
5. Remove the pump outlet (pressure side)
pipe.
6. Remove and discard the seal rings.
7. Remove the fasteners and the oil pump and
set aside.

3. Valve Housing
4. Valve Housing Seals (to Block)
5. Small Diameter Seal Rings
6. Pump Inlet Pipe (Suction Side)
7. Large Diameter Seal Rings
