8.12.1 Checking the lighting and indicators
• Check the symbols and displays on the CCS (Crane Control System) control
unit;
à Operating Instructions.
• Check the following functions:
– Windscreen wipers, windscreen washing system,
– Spotlight on the crane cab, air traffic control light,
– Spotlight on the main boom (xenon light),
–
Horn, anemometer.
– Camera lights on the main and auxiliary hoist.
– D
ate/Time on CCS display.
– If necessary, you can correct the time/date via the
Settings menu in the
CCS display;
à Operating Instructions.
– A long-life battery with a service life of 10 years for retaining the
control system data is located next to the fuses in the crane cab;
à Replace the battery on the electronics board, p. 8 - 68.
