Thermostat Cover Installation
1. Install thermostat components into cylinder block.
Torque bolts to 18 lb. ft. (24.5 N·m).

Powerhead Installation
1. Install lifting eye (p/n 91-90455) into flywheel a mini-
mum of 5 turns. Install powerhead to driveshaft hous-
ing. Slide shift slide on rail while lowering powerhead
on splines of drive shaft.
