Water Pump Re-assembly and
Installation
1. Place seal (a) on longer shoulder side (b) of tool.
2. Press into water pump base until tool bottoms.

3. Place seal (a) on shorter side (b) of tool (c).
4. Press into water pump base until tool bottoms.

If installation tool is not available, press seals in as shown
to depths indicated.
5. Install O-ring (a). Lubricate O-ring and gear housing
bore with Quicksilver Special Lubricant 101.
6. Install water pump base (b) into gearcase (c).
