Problems with the integrated RF Write/Read module:
An error message is displayed by the printer panel display and an error
message is send via the status channel of the printer.
Panel display Explanations, Remedies
[RFID Error ]
[Device Time Out ]
The integrated RF write/read module (option) is
not connected or defective.
- make sure the RF write/read module is
installed correctly
(check the hardware connection)
[RFID Error ]
[ConfigureTimeOut ]
An error occurred during the configuration.
- the RFID write/read module is defective
[RFID Error ]
[Update TimeOut ]
An error occurred during update of the RFID
reader software (firmware).
If the remedies above are not successful, please call a MICROPLEX
authorized service engineer.
