Press the [ENTER] key.
• Sensor adjustment starts.

Rotate the adjustment screw of the throttle valve to adjust pressure to its proper value.
• Proper value of negative pressure: -2.70 kPa
• Proper value of positive pressure: -15.00 kPa
• Adjust the throttle valve in the order of "negative pressure" -> "positive pressure" -> "negative
pressure".
• As the negative pressure changes between ±0.1 to 0.2 kPa, adjust so that the intermediate value
becomes the target pressure.

• Error is resolved and negative pressure control starts.
• If an error occurs even after adjusting the pressure, contact your local distributor, or our sales office
or call center.
