If pressure abnormality occurs
The pressure controlled in the machine may exceed the control range due to environment and aging.
If a pressure abnormality occurs, adjust the pressure immediately with the following procedure and return the
pressure to its normal value.

Select [PRESSURE ADJUST] of the MAINTENANCE menu.
(1) Press the [FUNCTION] key in LOCAL.
(2) Press to select [MAINTENANCE], and press the [ENTER] key.
(3) Press to select [PRESSURE ADJUST].

Press to select "POSITIVE" or "NEGATIVE" pressure.

Open Throttle Valve

Rotate the adjustment screw of the throttle valve to release it so that air can flow.
• Rotate the adjustment screw of the throttle valve until it comes to the middle position.
