Flushing Filter
Tools required for
replacement
• F-200/LF-200 Washing Liquid (PN :
SPC-0568)
• Safety glasses
• Waste cloth • Gloves
• Be sure to wear the included safety glasses and gloves when performing replacement.
As there is ink absorbed in the flushing filter, it may get in your eyes.
Replacing the Flushing Filter
The flushing filter needs to be replaced periodically.
Replace the flushing filter (PN : SPC-0851) if a replacement message as shown in the following figure
appears.

When it is time to replace the flushing filter, the following message appears.
FLUSHING FILTER PLEASE
[ENT]

Press the [ENTER] key.
• The carriage moves and the following message appears.
EXCHANGE
COMPLETED

Replace the flushing filter and press the [ENTER] key.
• The carriage returns to the station and the mode returns to LOCAL.

Select [STATION MAINT.] of the MAINTENANCE menu.
(1) Press the [ENTER] key in LOCAL.
(2) Press to select [MAINTENANCE], and press the [ENTER] key.
(3) Press to select [STATION MAINT.].
(4) Press the [ENTER] key.
