Press the power button to turn off the power.
• The power button lamp goes off.
• When using this machine again, press the power button and wait until the green lamp is lit.
Precautions on turning off the power
l
Do not pull out the power cord from the power outlet.
If the power cord is left plugged in, the power turns on periodically to run the nozzle clog prevention function
(flushing function) and pressure regulation function.
On the other hand, if the power cord is removed from the plug, the automatic maintenance functions such as
flushing do not run, causing nozzle clogs.

Check the head position and turn off the power.
If the power is turned off before the head returns to the capping station, the head may dry out and clog the
nozzle.
At this time, turn the power back on and make sure the head returns to the capping station before turning off
the power.
l
Do not turn off the power during printing.
The head may not return to the capping station.
l
Turn OFF the main power, and then unplug the cable.
When turning off the power for reasons such as moving this machine to a different place or fixing a machine
error, press the power button on the operation panel and make sure that the lamp is turned off before
removing the power cable from the outlet.
l
The power does not turn off even when the stop switch is pressed.
Press this switch when you need to stop this machine. Note that the power is not turned OFF even if you
press the stop switch.
