Pile up in order of the filter holder plate 2, the fan
filter, and the filter holder plate 1.

Attach the fan filter set in the step4 to the original
place, and tighten the screw.

Close the right maintenance cover and the front cover.
• Check whether the fan filter is
attached to the filter holder plate
1•2 without any space.
• Make sure to attach it so that bent part of the filter holder plate faces outward.
