Troubleshooting
Warning / Error Messages
If some trouble occurs, the buzzer sounds and the display shows a corresponding error message.
Take an appropriate remedy for the displayed error.

Message Cause Solution
The media has not been detected. Perform media detection.
An ink error occurred.
Check the ink-bottle for the supply path cor-
responding to the indicated color.
Data was received. Perform data clear. ( P.2-35)
As the printing area is not enough, print-
ing cannot be performed.
Set new media. ( P.2-5)
The stop switch is being pressed. Cancel the stop switch.
