8.4 Disassemble the Bag Arm Assembly
8.4.1 Prepare for Disassembly
8.4.1.1 Tools
During parts disassembly and replacement, the following tools may be required:
 None.
8.4.1.2 Preparations
Before disassembly,
 Make sure that the anesthesia machine is turned off and disconnected from the A/C power
source.
 Maneuver the anesthesia machine to an appropriate location and then apply the brake.
8.4.2 Remove the Bag Arm Assembly
1. Remove the locking nut counterclockwise and pull out the nut vertically.
2. Lift and remove the bag arm assembly.
8.5 Disassemble the Patient Circuit Assembly
8.5.1 Prepare for Disassembly
