3C00H Hardware failure A hardware failure has been detected. • Take measures to reduce noise.
• Reset the CPU module, and run it again. If the same
error code is displayed again, the possible cause is a
hardware failure of the CPU module. Please consult

3C01H Hardware failure A hardware failure has been detected. • Take measures to reduce noise.
• Reset the CPU module, and run it again. If the same
error code is displayed again, the possible cause is a

• Check the waveform of the voltage applied to the power
supply module.
• Reset the CPU module, and run it again. If the same
error code is displayed again, the possible cause is a
hardware failure of the power supply module, CPU
module, base unit, or extension cable. Please consult

3C20H Memory error An error has been detected in the memory. • Take measures to reduce noise.
