and parameter ID are set.
1: 2 word write request

• At the completion of parameter write/read the Motion CPU
automatically stores "0". (At a write/read error, the Motion CPU store "-
1")
• After a request is stored, it cannot be cancelled nor can another
request be made until processing is completed.
