Open loop: in open loop mode is possible to
move the accumulator down pushing DOWN
key. Pushing UP key it is possible to move the
accumulator Up because the output becomes
negative and the material moves up the
accumulator. When the accumulator is in
mechanical stroke you have to confirm the Full.
or Empty. values for the calibration.
Calibration: in calibration mode set Start to
YES and the accumulator automatically
searches for the empty position. Pushing UP
key it is possible to move the accumulator Up
because the output is negative and the material
moves up the accumulator. When the
accumulator is in position you have confirm the
values for the calibration.
Inv. Output: Select YES to reverse the analog Output polarity.
Inc. Up / Inc. Down: these variables correspond to the acceleration value of the output command (expressed in
mV/s or mA/s). It is the ramp increment or decrement value on the analog Output. Inc. Up determines the slope
ramp towards +Max value. Inc. Down determines the slope ramp towards Min value.
The accumulator uses analog Input 4 to read the position and analog Output 4 to drive the extrusion (if the digital
accumulator is not enabled).
V. Full and V. Empty: In these fields the full and the empty values are
visualized in mV.
4.9.2 Run parameters.
Time control extrusion: Enable the control time during the
extrusion. If the control is set to NO the accumulator extrusion
speed is managed in open loop. In this case output voltage
depends on the profile assigned by accumulation. The profile
point to be output depends on the same accumulator position.
If the control is set to YES the accumulator extrusion speed is
managed in closed loop. In this case the profile is output in a
preset total time with a speed setpoint reflecting the profile.
The position closed loop performs the extrusion in order to follow the velocity profile.
Enable start correction: Enable the correction on the injection start position.
If this correction is NO, the filling quota passed to the head is calculated always from “end of filling” point to “end of
extrusion” point.
