Tune Parameters Permanent Magnet Motor
• LL01 Motor Tuning Perform after all parameters are initially set
• LL05 SPI Perform after motor tuning - LL01
• LL07 Encoder Synchronization Perform after SPI - LL05
Control Settings
• LC01 Control Mode 3 = Closed Loop Analog Pre-Torque (analog interface)
4 = Closed Loop Digital Pre-Torque (serial interface)
• LC30 Maximum Torque Job Specific Typically set between 200% and 250%
(150% during commissioning)

• LT01 Brake Release Delay 0 seconds
• LT02 Control Hold Off 0.4 seconds (Delay should be less than controller’s
speed pick delay)
