1.14.2 Memory Clock
The server supports the memory clock speed of DDR3-1066/1333/1600MHz. However, the actual memory
clock speed depends on memory configuration and supported memory RAS feature. (The all of DIMMs operate
at the same clock speed.)
See Chapter 2 (1.14.3 Memory RAS Feature) and (1.14.6 Using Memory RAS Feature
details of Memory RAS feature.
About the clock speed and voltage of the memory, basically, this
power saving and operates. Therefore, when [Auto] is selected in
BIOS SETUP screen, In the case of the memory configuration which contains a
DIMM, the system operates at 1.5V, when the memory are consisted
4Rank DIMMs operates at 1.35V. In operating the clock speed of the
MHz, on the BIOS SETUP screen, select [Lock Step] in [Memory RAS Mode], and select
[1.5V] in [Memory Voltage], after having DIMM composition which can use the
function. Use BIOS SETUP menu to check and change of the BIOS settings.
