Force Dump
To use WinRM, create a file input-RequestPowerStateChange11.xml, and run the following command to issue
a RequestPowerStateChange of its PowerState is 11 (Diagnostic Interrupt (NMI)) to BMC.
winrm invoke RequestPowerStateChange
