The built-in flash has a minimum range of 0.6 m (2 ft.). If
the flash
is raised in continuous low speed ((l) or
continuous high speed
((H) release modes, only one
photograph will be taken each time the shutter-release
button is pressed.
To preview the effects of the flash,
press the depth-af-field preview
button. The camera will emit a
modeling preflash (
58).
