Supports the creation, editing, saving, reading, and printing of user programs.
Compiles a user programs.

Downloads a user program to the inverter, or
uploads a user program from the inverter.
Starts and stops the execution of a program.
This allows the user to check the inverter status monitor etc.
*1. Compilation is the process to generate an intermediate code after a program check.
