Upper Tool Holder: Care & Maintenance
DO NOT use rubbing alcohol, WD-40, diesel,
gas, etc., to clean contacts or any part of the holder!
It is recommended to
inspect the upper tool
holder and its contacts
weekly or more
frequently based on
usage.

: Turn round thumb screw
counter clockwise to allow tool
holder to slide off.

nd
: Inspect springs and
contacts and wipe off with
clean dry cloth.

rd
: Wipe off all metallic areas
with clean dry cloth.

: Wipe inside of tool holder
with clean dry cloth.

: Apply a THIN FILM of
on metallic areas
only.

: Re-install springs with
metal contactors in body of
tool holder, slide body over
sensor and tighten thumb
screw.
DO NOT use
Silicone Spray
to lube inside
of holder.
If necessary,
can be applied
to a clean cloth
to remove dirt
and grease.
