2.10.1.2 PROG service/programming interface (X4: Micro USB B socket)
In addition to providing the Ethernet interface, the X4 USB interface enables communication
with the controller from a PC.
A connecting cable is required for direct connection of the controller to a PC with PC Worx
via the X4 USB interface.
Connect the connecting cable to the PROG service/programming interface of the controller
(X4) and a free USB interface of the PC.

In order to use the X4 USB interface of the AXC 3050, the “Phoenix Contact USB RNDIS
Driver V1.00 xyy.exe driver must be installed (yy = 32/64, depending on whether you use
a 32 or 64-bit operating system)”, see Section 4.2 on page 47.
This interface can be used, e.g., to assign the IP address of the controller and to access
the controller using the Diag+ diagnostics tool or call up the Web-based management of
the controller via a standard browser.
The controller can be programmed via the X4 USB interface.
