6. Turn on the main gas supply line.
7. Check the supply gas pressure with the
manometer and compare the reading to the
supply gas pressure table to determine what
the incoming gas pressure should be.
Supply Pressure Table (Need to check
incoming pressure both Static and Dynamic)
NOTE
You cannot adjust the supply gas pressure at the
unit. Anything over/under the recommended
amount should be adjusted at the facility’s main
gas line.
8. Shut off the main gas supply line.
9. Disconnect the manometer.
10. Remove the test fitting.
11. Apply Fluoropolymer paste to gas supply
plug.
12. Reinstall gas supply plug with a 3/16 inch
hex wrench.
13. Turn on the main gas supply line.
! DANGER !
Check for gas leaks after installation or servicing
of a gas fryer. Apply a leak detection solution to
all connections and joints to ensure there are no
bubbles or leaks. Failure to check for and correct
any leaks could lead to fire and/or explosion,
property damage, injury and death.
