26.2 Taking a Manifold Gas Pressure Reading
1.Turn off main gas.
2. Unscrew and remove the gas manifold plug
with a 3/16 inch hex wrench.
3. Finger tighten the test fitting into the test port.
4. Finish tightening the test fitting using a 7/16
inch open-ended wrench.
5. Connect the manometer.
6.Turn on the main gas.

Check for gas leaks after installation or servicing
of a gas fryer. Apply a leak detection solution to
all connections and joints to ensure there are no
bubbles or leaks. Failure to check for and correct
any leaks could lead to fire and/or explosion,
property damage, injury and death.
