"Oops! Something went wrong" message in Trackable
Labels Address Book
Issue
When attempting to view the Address Book in Trackable Labels, the message "Oops! Something went
wrong" is displayed.
Cause
If you receive this error when accessing the Address Book in Trackable Labels, there is a connection
issue with your Trackable Labels user name.
Resolution
Log out of Trackable Labels:
1. Tap Profile (person icon).
2. Tap Sign Out.
3. Unplug the power cord.
4. Wait for the display to turn off.
5. Wait one minute.
6. Turn the power back on.
7. Sign into Trackable Labels.
If the issue is still not resolved, contact Technical Support.
