Cartridge does not move on boot up
Issue
When you start the SendPro® C-Series machine, the cartridge does not move.
Cause
Not specified.
Resolution
1. Unplug the power cord to the SendPro® C-Series meter.
2. Wait one minute.
3. Plug the power cable back in.
4. Quickly tap and release the power button
