All classes missing
Issue
When tapping Class on the Envelope Printing screen, no classes are displayed.
Cause
There is a problem with the internal meter software.
Resolution
You may be able to clear the error by restarting the meter:
1. Unplug the power cable.
2. Wait for the display to turn off.
3. Wait one minute.
4. Plug the power cable back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
If the issue is not resolved, contact Technical Support; have your model number and serial number
ready.
