Cannot refill Envelope Printing during initial installation
Issue
Unable to refill Envelope Printing during the initial installation of the machine.
Cause
There was an internal meter fault.
Resolution
You may be able to clear the error by restarting the meter:
1. Unplug the power cable.
2. Wait for the display to turn off.
3. Wait one minute.
4. Plug the power cable back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
