Power light is blue instead of white
Issue
The power light is blue instead of white.
Cause
The power button is held in too long.
Resolution
1. Unplug the power cord to the SendPro® C-Series meter.
2. Wait one minute.
3. Plug the power cable back in.
4. Quickly tap and release the power button
