Unable to print Trackable Labels
Issue
The SendPro® C-Series will not print a Trackable Label and no error message is presented.
Cause
l There may be a problem with the printer
l The wrong label size may be selected
l The top cover may be open
Resolution
Change the default label size
1. Tap Settings (gear icon).
2. Swipe down and select Label Options.
3. Change the format to Roll - 4 x 6.
If the printer has a solid green light
1. Make sure that the USB cable is plugged in to both the printer and SendPro C-Series.
2. Restart the meter:
a. Unplug the power cord.
b. Wait for the display to turn off.
c. Wait one minute and turn the power back on.
The printer has a flashing red light
l Make sure that the labels are correctly loaded and aligned.
l Make sure paper sensors are clear from any dust or debris.
l Make sure that the top cover is fully closed.
