Wired network connection issues on the SendPro C200,
C300 and C400
Issue
l The meter is not connecting to the data server via a wired network (Ethernet) connection.
l The meter displays the message "Unable to resolve host" or "Unable to resolve
api.pitneybowes.com".
l The meter displays the message "Failed to Update Please Contact Pitney Bowes"

Cause
Connection issues may be caused by problems with the settings, the wireless connection, or a firewall.
Resolution
To troubleshoot issues with a wired network connection (LAN), follow the steps in each section below.
l Restart the meter
l Check the physical connection
l Check the network settings
l Firewall issues
l Proxy settings
Restart the meter
1. Unplug the power cord.
2. Wait for the display to turn off.
3. Wait one minute and turn the power back on.
