Error 1814, 1815 or 1825
Issue
When running mail, error 1814, 1815 or 1825 is displayed.
Cause
The meter has timed out while attempting to connect to the Pitney Bowes Data Center.
Resolution
1. Tap the back arrow to the Home screen.
2. Unplug the power cord.
3. Wait 20 seconds.
4. Plug the cable back in.
5. Tap the Power button.
