Opening Manage Accounts in Envelope Printing

Issue
When opening Manage Accounts in the Envelope Printing application, you get a white screen.
Cause
Not specified.
Resolution
1. From the Manage Accounts white screen, tap the back arrow until you get to the Home screen.
2. Unplug the power cord to the SendPro® C-Series meter.
3. Wait one minute.
4. Plug the power cord back in and tap the Power button.
5. Verify the internet connection by tapping the USPS Mobile icon.
l If the website takes a long time to load, it means that your internet is slow.
l If the website does not load at all, use "Resolve WiFi connection issues on the SendPro C200,
C300 and C400" or "Resolve wired network connection issues on the SendPro C200, C300
and C400" to troubleshoot your connection issues.
6. Go back to Manage Accounts.
If the issue is still not resolved, contact technical support.
