Stuck on Pitney Bowes blue loading screen when going
to envelope printing

When going to Envelope Printing, the system gets stuck on the blue Pitney Bowes loading screen.

Resolution
1. Reboot the machine by unplugging the power cord.
2. Wait one minute.
3. Plug the power cord back in and tap the Power button.
4. Tap the Rates and Updates icon in the lower application drawer.
If your issue is not resolved, contact technical support. Please have your model and serial number ready.
