Screen is blank or black
Issue
The screen is blank or black.
Cause
The meter is turned off or does not have power.
Resolution
1. Tap the power button. The meter display should light up shortly.
2. Ensure that the power cord is plugged into the back of the machine and directly into a wall outlet.
Note: If the meter was unplugged for an extended period of time, allow one hour for the internal tablet to
charge.
