Power light flashes red and blue
Issue
The power light is flashing red and blue.
Cause
Possible file corruption.
Resolution
1. Unplug the power cord to the SendPro® C-Series meter.
2. Wait one minute.
3. Plug the power cable back in.
4. Quickly tap and release the power button
