Meter making a continuous bell or chiming sound
Issue
The meter is making a continuous bell or chiming sound.
Cause
The meter makes a chiming sound when it connects to WiFi. If the WiFi signal strength is weak, the meter
makes a constant chiming noise because it keeps trying to reconnect to the wireless network.
Resolution
If the meter keeps chiming:
l Move the meter to get a stronger WiFi signal
l Take the meter off WiFi and plug it in with an Ethernet cable (wired network connection)
