The screen is on but the power light is off
Issue
If the screen is on but the power light is off, or the screen is on but the power light turns off while the meter
is starting up.
Cause
Indicates that the screen has not shut down properly.
Solution
The screen must shut down before normal operation can be restored:
1. Unplug the meter.
2. Leave the display on until the internal battery dies (5 - 6 hours).
3. Plug the meter back in.
4. Wait one hour for the battery to charge.
5. Press the power button to turn the meter on.
Note: When shutting down the meter, wait for the 10-second timer to complete before you tap anywhere
on the screen.
