Postage Balance showing "reading" on the Envelope

Issue
Postage Balance is showing "reading" instead of the amount available on the meter.
Cause
There is an internal component fault.
Resolution
You may be able to clear the error by restarting the meter:
1. Unplug the power cable.
2. Wait for the display to turn off.
3. Wait one minute.
4. Plug the power cable back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
