Scale weight changes to one ounce after removing
mailpiece
Issue
After removing a mailpiece from the scale, the weight changes to one ounce.
Cause
There is a problem with the meter software.
Resolution
1. Remove the scale.
2. Reboot the meter:
a. Turn the power off by holding the power button for 5 seconds, the power button will darken.
b. Wait for the display to turn off.
c. Place the scale back on top.
d. Wait one minute then turn the power back on.
