High Performance Roller Clutch Maintenance/
Adjustment
1. Remove clutch from vehicle.
2. Remove the screws that hold the helix in place.
3. Pull and twist upward to remove the helix from the
clutch. Note: If changing helix angles move the helix
90_ to the desired combination and reinstall holding
screws.
4. Place the roller tool PN PS45909 through the clutch
shaft and twist handle down to compress the spring.
5. Once you have tension on the roller assembly,
remove the snap ring from the groove through the
opening of the roller tool. Leave the snap ring loose.
