Handlebar Centering Adjustment
1. Remove the outer rod ends from the steering arms.
Center the steering rack and lock down
2. Center the handlebars by adjusting the drag link
length. Tighten the drag link jam nuts.
3. Lubricate ski pivot bushings with Polaris Premium
All Season Grease and install in spindle. Torque
ski bolts to specification. Install new cotter pin in
castle nut.
4. Perform Toe Adjustment on page 6.18.
5. Reinstall the L.H and R.H tie rods and tighten the
rod end jam nuts
