Using Windows ACL
To use Windows ACL, it must rst be enabled in SMB Settings.
1. Access the SMB Settings menu: NAS Share > Protocol, select SMB in the Protocol list and click on the
Settings button
2. Click on the Yes radio button for Windows ACL.
3. Click on the Save button. Windows ACL is enabled for the NAS Share. ACL can now be congured via
the default NAS administrator ‘admin’ using a Windows computer.
In the administrator’s Windows system:
1. Open the Network folder.
