Export Service Report
You can save a service report from a Vess R3600 RAID subsystem.
To export a Service Report:
1. Click the Administration tab.
2. Click the Import/Export tab.
3. Click the Export option.
4. Choose Service Report radio button in the Type menu.
5. Click the Submit button.
Export User Database
You can save the user information and settings from one Vess R3600 RAID subsystem, export it, and then
import it to automatically congure your other Vess R3600 RAID subsystems.
To export a user database:
1. Click the Administration tab.
2. Click the Import/Export tab.
3. Click the Export option.
4. Choose User Database radio button in the Type menu.
5. Click the Submit button.
Note
The user database le is not designed to be opened or edited in the eld. The
User.dat le is downloaded to the default download folder.
